MIDI files sound and act differently on different devices. We've used due diligence in creating and offering files that are GM compatible and in track 01 format. This is the most used format. Unlike most other companies, we don't hire a hodge-podge of independant programmers to sequence the material, so you will find a contsistancy of quality throughout our catalog.
Each CYBERMIDI or CYBERMIDI SELECT comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, CYBERMIDI will make a reasonable attempt to make it right.
If that is not possible, CYBERMIDI shall offer 1 (one) replacement. Non-members will receive a replacement from either the CYBERMIDI or CYBERMIDI Select catalog, while members will receive a replacement from the CYBERMIDI Select catalog.
This warranty is provided at the sole discretion of CYBERMIDI.com, and CYBERMIDI.com reserves the right of refusal if deemed that the demand is unreasonable or excessive.
